In most states we can provide your agency with an array of Personal
Lines niche' products. Personal Automobile Insurance is available in the states of Maryland and Tennessee. All
applications are bound online with MVR and CLUE re-rating for accurate premiums. We have Homeowners (modified-
all risk HO3) in 44 states, underwritten by an "A" rated company, with no credit scoring, no inspection
and no photos. We have Mobile Home Insurance available in 46 states. |
There is no credit
scoring, no photos or inspection. Coverage includes flood
and earthquake in all 46 states. This product is also underwritten
by an "A" rated company. An "A" rated underwriter provides our HO4
Renters Insurance product. It is available in 48 states. The product
is guaranteed issue with no underwriting.
Mortgage Disaster Protection / Homeowner's Deductible Coverage is available in 42 states. This unique "A" rated product supplements homeowners coverage by making mortgage payments while a home is
uninhabitable due to fire, windstorm, flood, earthquake, hurricane and more. Coverage can begin after 48 hours and
pay mortgage payments for a maximum of 2 years. The policy also reimburses a homeowner's deductible (up to $500) on a traditional homeowner's insurance policy claim.
There is also a provision to pay off the entire mortgage balance if the home becomes permanently uninhabitable.
